Shipping and Return Policy


All non-personalized orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours whenever possible. Personalized orders will ship within 48 - 72 hours as long as we have all the information we need to customize your order. If there is a delay in shipping your order beyond these time frames, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Currently we ship via UPS or USPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves the shop, we can no longer be held responsible for it. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with USPS or UPS for any lost or damaged packages. However, if First Class USPS mail is chosen, the package is not insured and therefore you cannot file a claim on the package.


We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at or 912-920-2404 should you need to make any edits to your order. Orders that have already been sewn or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.


We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. The tags must still be attached. Returns accepted within 14 days after purchase will be refunded in the form of the original payment. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your return once we receive it. You have 45 days to return any items that are defective or damaged. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns and the original shipping amount will not be refunded.

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit only.

Due to the custom nature of most of our products, all personalized items are FINAL SALE. If your order is incorrect or there is an error on our behalf, we will gladly redo the order and ship it out as soon as possible.

Should you need a different size, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise. Tags must be attached.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

The following items are nonrefundable: socks, tights, and hair accessories.
