SHIPPING INFORMATION: All non-personalized orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours whenever possible. Personalized orders will ship within 48 - 72 hours as long as we have all the information we need to customize your order. If there is a delay in shipping your order beyond these time frames, we will contact you as soon as possible. During rush periodS, the embroidery lead time may be a few days longer, depending on the volume of orders, but non-monogrammed items will still ship extremely fast. Currently, we ship via UPS or USPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves the shop, we can no longer be held responsible for it. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with USPS or UPS for any lost or damaged packages. However, if First Class USPS mail is chosen, the package is not insured and therefore you cannot file a claim on the package.
RETURNS INFORMATION: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. The tags must still be attached. Returns accepted within 14 days after purchase will be refunded in the form of the original payment. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your return once we receive it. You have 45 days to return any items that are defective or damaged. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns and the original shipping amount will not be refunded.Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit only.
