Caspari’s felt-backed Coasters are handcrafted in our own bindery in the United States and are a part of the Gallery Collection, which incorporates the same artisan skills used in centuries past to create beautiful and high-quality handmade goods. The top surfaces of our coasters are made from a durable faux leather with a felt backing. The sets are a lovely addition to any tabletop and keep your surfaces well protected. All non-personalized orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours whenever possible. Personalized orders will ship within 48 - 72 hours as long as we have all the information we need to customize your order. If there is a delay in shipping your order beyond these time frames, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Currently we ship via UPS or USPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves the shop, we can no longer be held responsible for it. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with USPS or UPS for any lost or damaged packages. However, if First Class USPS mail is chosen, the package is not insured and therefore you cannot file a claim on the package.
